Our story
An Oakland shop that runs on repeat customers
We're California Finest Body & Frame, a body, frame, and paint shop on 18th Street in West Oakland. Collision work is what we're known for, but we also handle the everyday things that keep a car on the road — oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Most of our work comes from people who came in once and then sent their family, their coworkers, and their neighbors. That's the standard we hold ourselves to: quote it honestly, turn it around quickly, and hand back a car you feel good driving.
We're open Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Call (510) 419-0403 and tell us what happened — we'll tell you straight what it takes to fix it.
- Body, frame, and paint work under one roof
- Routine maintenance too — oil, tires, and brakes
- Open Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
What customers say
“Hands down best auto shop I've ever been to. They are by far the friendliest service I have ever received and you don't have to worry about them taking advantage of your wallet. I came in concerned about my tires right before a long road trip and out of courtesy they checked everything and it gave me the reassurance and confidence in my vehicle that I needed.”
“Everybody in my family goes to them and we don't go to anybody else. They are reasonable fair price speedy with their work and most of all have excellent customer service.”
“Best customer experience I've ever had! California's finest really worked with me to accommodate my needs and even went above and beyond repairing extra parts at no additional cost to me. Also the turn around time was superb… Fabulous people doing a great job!!”
